Manager Media & PR – FEI, Program Coordinator – FESDA , Program Leader – CICEYGP

Learning, to me, is a journey—you seek, and as you seek, you learn. This belief has guided my path as an educator and leader since 2010.

I began my career as a Pre-Primary teacher, nurturing young learners and laying their foundational skills. Over the years, I transitioned into the role of Coordinator, where I collaborated with teachers to design innovative learning experiences. My pursuit of deeper knowledge led me to earn a B.Ed., which strengthened my understanding of pedagogy and the education system.

In 2015, I stepped into a leadership role as Head of a Pre-Primary school. Leading a team of educators, I focused on building strong partnerships with teachers, students, and parents, while fostering a collaborative environment for growth and innovation. This role also sharpened my skills in team management and implementing child-centered teaching strategies.

A significant part of my journey has been dedicated to Professional Development (PD). I have designed and delivered training programs on integrating digital technologies, classroom management, play-based learning, early literacy and numeracy, positive behaviour reinforcement, and social-emotional development. These initiatives have empowered educators to create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning spaces that nurture curiosity and creativity.

In 2021, I was part of the first batch to complete Cambridge Early Years training and successfully implement the curriculum. Since then, I have co-facilitated and later led EY curriculum training sessions in Chennai, Bangalore, and Delhi, equipping teachers with effective methodologies for early childhood education.

My recent certification as Program Leader in Early Years Good Practice has further deepened my expertise, reinforcing my conviction that early years education must be impactful, exploratory, and meaningful—for both children and educators. I remain committed to leading by example and fostering a culture of continuous professional growth.
